Regent Hong Kong Introduces JUDORAK’s Modern Korean Story at Harbourside

From July 6 to 26, Harbourside at Regent Hong Kong teams up with Seoul's renowned JUDORAK for a limited-time buffet bringing a vibrant blend of Korean flavors to local diners.
JUDORAK is a celebrated name in Seoul's culinary scene known for its stylish setting and elevated Korean comfort food. Favorites include slow-cooked oxtail, perilla oil buckwheat noodles and Yukjeon (Korean-style beef pancakes), all paired thoughtfully with seasonal dishes and drinks. Under the leadership of CEO Julian Kim, JUDORAK embodies the Korean spirit of gathering through food and drink. Throughout the collaboration, Head Chef Jacob Kim will showcase live cooking demonstrations at Harbourside's buffet, highlighting Korean culinary techniques.
Harbourside’s buffet features JUDORAK’s signature dishes, emphasizing both creativity and tradition:
Jeyuk Cream Noodle: A comforting dish with smoky jeyuk-bokkeum in a silky cream sauce.
Daechang Tteokbokki: Chewy rice cakes paired with buttery beef large intestine, transforming a street favorite into a decadent treat.
Deulgireum Guksu (Perilla Oil Noodles): A minimalist dish balancing rich perilla oil with a refreshing soy sauce.
Buchu Saeu Jeon: Savory pancakes made with garlic chives and fresh shrimp.
Sogogi Yukjeon: Thin beef slices, lightly coated and pan-fried to perfection.
Sokkori Suyuk: Slow-braised oxtail served with a savory dipping sauce.
Yukjeon & Suyuk Jeongol: A comforting hot pot of tender meat, vegetables, and mushrooms in a mild broth.
The Korean Bingsoo is a refreshing dessert featuring finely shaved ice crowned with sweet red bean offering an ideal way to cool down and indulge.
