NESCAFÉ Launches “Projek Hidupkan Duniamu” to Empower Young Malaysians with RM500,000 Commitment

NESCAFÉ has officially launched Projek Hidupkan Duniamu, a youth empowerment initiative committing up to RM500,000 to assist young and emerging Malaysian entrepreneurs in establishing sustainable start-ups. Evolving from the NESCAFÉ Youth Entrepreneurship Programme (NYEP) and rooted in the brand's global "Make Your World" philosophy, the six-month nationwide campaign addresses financial, strategic and mentorship barriers faced by ambitious youth balancing academic, career and personal responsibilities.

The structured framework delivers seed funding to provide financial flexibility, pair participants with dedicated industry mentors, and offer a national platform to showcase their progress. According to Juan Aranols, Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity, providing young Malaysians with the tangible support and confidence needed to build meaningful, long-term ventures.

Applications open on 1st October in conjunction with International Coffee Month. Eligible young Malaysians are invited to submit a 60-second TikTok video detailing their start-up vision and program suitability, with further selection criteria to be published across official NESCAFÉ Malaysia social channels.

To mark the launch, NESCAFÉ is hosting the "Hidupkan Duniamu Bersama NESCAFÉ" concourse event from 8 to 13 September at Lower Ground East Court, IOI City Mall Putrajaya, featuring interactive community showcases, celebrity appearances by Black Hanifah and Yusof Hashim, and new product samplings including NESCAFÉ Espresso Concentrate, Spanish Latte, and Tiramisu Latte. Subsequent roadshow activations are scheduled for Sunway Pyramid and Queensbay Mall.
