Moxy Putrajaya Brings the Fun With Their Latest "MICE to Meet You" Event
Moxy Putrajaya launched their latest event on 9th October at “MICE to Meet You,” an exclusive showcase at the lifestyle hotel which is directly connected to IOI City Mall. About 30 corporate clients and more than 50 media representatives came to see how the property brings energy, flexibility and a playful spirit to business gatherings, workshops and team-building sessions.
Hotel Manager KK Chan and Director of Sales & Marketing Mike Chan officiated, then took guests on an interactive tour of Moxy Putrajaya’s five themed Fun Rooms. Each one is designed as a refreshing alternative to the standard boardroom, and each shows a different way to hold meetings.
The first room has a U-shape high-table setup with an in-room dart game for lively breaks between sessions. The second takes a modern classroom approach, using modular hexagonal tables that are easy to rearrange. The third is a banquet setup that can accommodate up to 80 guests when arranged theatre-style. The fourth room was transformed into an interactive creative hub to show what the hotel can do for experiential events. Guests dressed up the hotel's mascot at the Molulu mascot station, tried doodle art crafting and joined a hands-on mocktail workshop led by Moxy’s own mixologists. The fifth room was an informal brainstorming lounge, complete with bean bags, board games, carrom and a full-sized pool table.
Signature creative coffee breaks and guided room tours rounded out the afternoon. Together they showed what Moxy Putrajaya does best: blending productivity with play for the delegates and business travellers who stay and meet there.
